Spinning Tops is the fourth episode of fifth season of Super Wings. It premiered on 2020 in the US.
Synopsis[]
Jett and Jett Pet come in the Odori Park to deliver Kenta a gigantic competition spinning top, but once they reach the final, they have to fight Golden Boy once again.
Plot[]
The episode begins in World Aircraft, where Crystal is skating on the ice with the Super Pets. Jett attempts to join them but slips on the ice before getting called to the Control Room. Sky tells Jett that today he'll be delivering a package to a boy named in Kenta, who lives in Sapporo, Japan. She says that Sapporo is full of beautiful snow games and that Kenta's father placed an order for a spinning top. Storm engineers the top and gives it to Jett. Jett then takes off with his Super Pet to Sapporo.
Jett meets Kenta and delivers the top in time for a competition. Last year's champion was Gorro and Kenta wants to win the championship but needs a partner due to his dad being unable to make it. Jett volunteers to be Kenta's partner. The game is underway and Kenta becomes the contender for champion against Gorro. As their tops fight each other, however, Golden Boy suddenly enters the arena riding his very own giant top. As Golden Boy's top begins easily fighting the other tops, Jett contacts headquarters. Jimbo deploys Astra and her Super Pet to help Jett.
Astra arrives in Sapporo. Jett Pet transforms into a top for Jett to ride and Astra Pet transforms into a top launcher to launch Jett towards Golden Boy. Soon, Jett and Golden Boy's tops leave the ring. As Gorro and Kenta's tops continue to battle each other, Jett and Golden Boy take the battle to a higher level as Golden Boy knocks Jett's top into the air. Astra and Astra Pet catch them and launch Jett back towards Golden Boy, who flies back towards the ring. Gorro and Kenta decide to stop fighting and help Jett get rid of Golden Boy. Their tops send Golden Boy flying away, but not before he promises to come back next year. Their tops fall at the same time, making the championship a tie between Kenta and Gorro. The episode ends with the Super Wings and their respective Super Pets returning to World Aircraft.
